We had our first awards assembly today!
They all received "Great Effort" awards and will get a free Big Cheese pizza!
They sang and performed three songs for all of us!
Henrietta is spending the weekend with Hannah M.!!!
We all presented our "ME" today.......
Being the week of the letter "M"........
Our new star word this week is "ME".......
We each made a "ME" of ourselves......
We decorated our "ME"
with things all about me!
Our hair.......
Our clothes.....
and all kinds of things .......
that remind of me of "ME"!
Also in honor of letter "M", what is better than M & Ms????
We worked on our color words, and then we sorted the M & Ms into the right colors, too!
Having too much fun!!!
We have talked about Moses all week and how his sister, Miriam, kept an I eye on him when his mom put him in a basket in the river......and how Miriam asked Pharoah's daughter if she could find someone to take care of him. When Pharoah's daughter said, "yes", Miriam got her mom (Moses' mom, too) to take care of Moses!
It was another spectacular week at JCA!!!
