JCA Day 38 Noah's Ark

This week we have been learning about letter "N",
and so we have talked about Noah and the Ark.

We read a story while Miss Bailie cut out a few things .......
Lo and behold, we ended up with an ark!
We talked about Noah being a sinless man who loved God when no one else did. He obeyed God even when he had never heard of rain before, and he built an ark! He loaded his family and two of each animal.
It rained for 40 days and 40 nights (we could go for at least one day and one night here!) and flooded the earth killing all the sinful people. Once the water receded, God painted a rainbow for Noah promising never to flood the earth again!
It's a good thing to obey God!

Also in honor of the letter "N", we had nachos today!!!
YUMMY!
Chips and cheese!
"N", Nachos, Noah, Nine, Nest, Never, No, Nice, Nickel, Naughty........
can you think of others????

Another fun-filled recess on the stagecoach!
Ms. Vickie, Hannah R's mom, made the COOLEST poster ever!!!
It was so fun to find ourselves on it!
Come to Fall Fun Fest tomorrow at Cowboy Junction and see it for yourself!

Speaking of Fall Fun Fest..........
