We had a VERY exciting day today!!!
First, we made butter!!! This week is the letter "B".....therefore.......butter!
We started with heavy whipping cream and a little salt...
And then we SHOOK AND SHOOK AND SHOOK AND SHOOK!
Ms. Heather made banana bread for us.....Banana Bread....."B"!!!!!
We put our Butter on it and mmmmm mmmmmmmm good!
Brady said, "We need to tell the world about this!"
More fun on the playground with our cat! He loves us!
Our next big event: Stewy came! Stewy is a Bull rider from Canada who is here rodeoing for the NMJC Rodeo Team.
He brought all of his riggin' and stuff to show us: Bull rope, chaps, spurs, helmet, and a picture!
Then we got to try it out for ourselves!!
Brayden was in hog heaven!!!
Logan was having fun!
Emilia was excited, but not too sure!
Carter LOVED it!
No problem for Jo'Claire!
Hannah R. was hanging on!
Kimberly thought it was too cool!
Tristan thought this one was pretty rank!
Go Bailie!
Brady rode him hard!
Stewy and the whole JCA crew of bull riders!
The next big event was our PIZZA PARTY!!! YUMMY!!
Then Sadie showed up with a surprise for us.........
We made peanut Butter Balls!!!
We had to put our hands right in the dough and mix it up!
We DID wash our hands AND use sanitizer before sticking our hands in the dough....promise!
It was squishy!
And peanut buttery!!!!!
Then we rolled and rolled.......
and rolled all the dough into a bunch of balls!
We even got to take a bag of peanut butter balls home with us!
Another fun-filled day at JCA!!!
