So.......due to the cold, wet weather (NOT complaining about the wet!).......
We've been couped up inside and not able to play outside!
So......needlesstosay......we were SO excited to get to go play on the playground today!!!
YEA!!!
We heard what Emilia and Henrietta did this weekend!
They had LOTS of fun!
We had a new center today.....
We used magnetic letters to make our STAR words (sight words).....
And then, we wrote them on a piece of construction paper with SCENTED markers!!!!
For science today......we made a chart on the floor.....
One side was labeled LIVING and one side was labeled NON-LIVING.....
Then we took turns placing different items in the correct column.
Here is our finished chart.
When we went back to our seats, one of our centers was a file folder game
with LIVING and NON-LIVING items....
And then, we made a graph using those same items!
In music, we made our own instruments like they use in China!
TOO much fun!!!
For our Bible lesson this week, we are discussing Paul in Prison.....
(remember we are on letter "P"......)
He and Silas were thrown into prison because they were telling people about Jesus.
At midnight, they were singing praises to God..... God caused an earthquake!
The prison doors shook open and the chains fell off all of the prisoners.
The guard and his family were saved after Paul and Silas witnessed to them!
